1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players ("User", "Player") who use the h9game platform ("Platform", "Service") and h9game ("we", "us"). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by giving advance notice. If you continue to use the platform after amendments are published, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this platform. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under 21. If an account is opened using false information, we reserve the right to freeze that player's earnings and remaining balance.

2.2 One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may only open one account on h9game. Opening additional accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is a prohibited action. If this policy is violated, we reserve the right to close the linked accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. At the time of withdrawal, we reserve the right to verify that the information provided matches our records. If inaccurate information is found, we reserve the right to place the withdrawal on hold.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policies

3.1 Deposits

Deposits can only be made through the payment methods listed on the platform. Transfers from third-party accounts are not allowed. Deposits are processed around the clock.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Large withdrawal amounts may require identity verification and take longer to process. Wagering requirements related to bonuses will be checked before processing.

3.3 Chargeback Block

Deposits cannot be reversed after gameplay has taken place. If you intend to dispute a transaction through your bank as unauthorized, you must contact us first. Accounts involved in chargebacks may be suspended immediately.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

h9game's welcome bonus is up to 100% of your first deposit — maximum 500,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once. No player may claim a bonus again through a duplicate account.
• Wagering activity related to clearing requirements must be done through the game rooms listed on the platform.
• If it is found that a player is attempting to clear bonus wagering requirements through strategic play, the bonus and any related funds may be voided.
• h9game may change bonus terms without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on the platform.

4.3 Referral Program

The referrer receives 5% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per referral. In addition, the referrer earns 0.1% of the referred player's eligible wagering as a weekly commission. Misuse of this program may result in removal from it.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Valid Bets

Only the following games available on the platform count as valid bets: slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, crash games, and football betting. Bets that result in gains due to technical errors ("Error bets") are considered invalid and may be voided.

5.2 Game Errors

If incorrect amounts are displayed due to a software error, we reserve the right to void the affected bet and issue a refund. Players must report such errors immediately. Accounts found deliberately exploiting errors for gain may be suspended.

5.3 Game Decisions

Football betting results are determined by the results announced by the relevant official organizations. Our decisions on match-related outcomes are final, and players have no right to dispute the results we announce.

6. VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

h9game has 5 VIP levels awarded based on play history and platform activity. Details of each VIP level are as follows —

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is calculated continuously in Ks and credited to your account as bonus funds. VIP level upgrades are determined by us based on a player's activity and platform usage.

7. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the h9game platform —

1. Bonus abuse and arbitrage betting
2. Playing with funds that are not your own or that belong to a third party
3. Prolonged collusion and overlay betting
4. Using software bots, automated tools or computer-aided betting systems
5. Attempting to abuse bonuses through match betting (counter-play)
6. Using the platform to conduct money laundering calculations
7. Submitting disputes with false information

If we find that any of these restrictions have been violated, we reserve the right to close the account and withhold any remaining balance without prior notice.

8. Personal Information & Security

9. Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request to close their account at any time through our 24/7 Live Chat. If an account is to be closed, any remaining balance will be paid out after verifying the withdrawal method and whether wagering requirements have been met.

9.2 h9game-Initiated Closure

We reserve the right to close the account of any player who violates these terms without prior notice. However, if no violation is found, any remaining balance will be paid out. If an account is closed due to serious misconduct, our decision will be treated as final.

10. Limitation of Liability

The h9game platform provides services "as is" and is not liable for any losses arising from software errors, network outages or other matters beyond our control. Our liability will not exceed the amount deposited by the player.
